A Conversation with Sound Designer Dan Moses Schreier and Lighting Designer Jane Cox

The Program in Theater’s Music Theater Lab presents a conversation with Dan Moses Schreier and Jane Cox, as part of the Fall 2015 Speaker Series.

Jane Cox is a lighting designer whose recent work includes Hamlet with Benedict Cumberbatch in London, The Color Purple, the new musical of Amelie, and Noises Off on Broadway. In 2013, Jane won the Henry Hewes award for her work on The Flick (Annie Baker’s Pulitzer Prize-winning play).

Dan Moses Schreier was nominated for Tony Awards for Best Sound Design of a Musical for Gypsy, A Little Night Music, and Sondheim on Sondheim. In addition to sound design, Schreier is an accomplished composer, writing for both television and theater.

This event is sponsored by the Princeton-Mellon Initiative in Architecture, Urbanism and the Humanities. The event will take place in the 1st floor rehearsal room at the Berlind Theatre, McCarter Theatre Center (just off the lobby).
